I earned my BS in Mathematics from Furman University in Greenville, SC. I took three computer programming classes from COD. In November of 2007, I completed my Masters of Education degree in Technology in Education from National Louis University.

My first year of teaching was in inner city Atlanta, GA right out of college. After that year I moved to the buisness world and worked in accounting for a few years, then stayed home to raise my daughter. When she started first grade, I returned to education as a computer aide at Hubble for four years. I then switched back to teaching for the 2003-2004 school year. I have been teaching technology classes at Hubble Middle School ever since. Sharon Bylls, my fabulous Computer Aide, joined me in the fall of 2004.
